Can Resist be used on top of Coatings?

Yes! In fact we recommend maintaining coatings with Resist to increase the shine, slickness and water beading performance. We created Resist to work synergistically with both Graphene and Ceramic based products to rejuvenate and enhance the coatings performance with each use.

Is Resist Graphene based or Ceramic?

Resist is both! We were able to formulate a water based spray sealant that incorporated all the advantages of both technologies into one product. This means that you get the consistency, strength and durability of ceramic based protection with the additional advantages of Graphene for increased water spotting resistance, longevity and ease of use.

In addition, because it incorporates both technologies this enables one product to be versatile enough to maintain and top both Ceramic Based and Graphene based coatings, sealants and waxes.

How do I clean the car once Resist is applied? Can I wash it as usual down the road with soap or as I usually would?

Resist is a durable, long lasting sealant when used on its own and offers incredible attributes as a coating maintenance topper. We designed this to be used hand in hand with our Defy, all in one cleaner for ongoing maintenance. Use these two together for an incredible waterless regimen. If looking to do a traditional hand wash, our Ceramic Shampoo and Foam Party are great options and completely compatible with Resist.

How long does the shine and protection last?

Resist’s shine and protection lasts for 6-12 months if you desire to only apply it once. We formulated Resist to be extremely slick and easy to use and recommend topping and maintaining your vehicle with it as frequently as you’d like to achieve a just waxed shine with an ultra-slick finish.
